Who we are
Deck Pilot is operated by registered company name, registered in jurisdiction under number company number, at registered address.
The service
Deck Pilot generates presentations, pitch decks and related designs with AI and, on the done-for-you packages, with human experts. You are responsible for checking every fact, figure and claim before you rely on or present a deck. Figures we could not verify from what you gave us are highlighted 'To confirm'.
Your content
You keep all rights in what you upload and in the decks we make for you. You grant us a licence to process your content only to provide the service. We do not use your content to train models.
Accounts and plans
Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Deck allowances reset each month and do not roll over. Fair-use limits apply to protect the service.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing content; no attempts to break or overload the service.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of governing law.
